Mantras & Mother Goddesses Spa Day Retreat

Join us for an unforgettable, day spa retreat experience that will leave an everlasting impression! Our focus is to restore & bring back mindfulness, clarity, alignment between the mind, body & spirit, gratitude, balance, joy etc. Moreover, to reduce stress, tension, drain fog, fear & other low vibrational feelings!     What's to come you ask?   You will first be greeted with a robe & sandals before being directed over to your foot bath. Here, you'll receive a warm relaxing foot soak while writing down your retreat goal(s). After, you'll repeat positive affirmations to set the attitude for your session. Next, you'll be rotated between revitalizing services of yoga, massage w/ hot stones, aromatherapy & hot towels, sound baths, facials, reiki, guided meditation, magnetic therapy to balance chakras & much more! Each guest will be rotated between 25 min of massages, reiki, sound healing, facials, yoga, magnetic therapy, EFT Tapping, guided meditation & so on! A schedule for guests will be provided to better assist them along their retreat. Massages & facials will include hot stones, hot towels & aromatherapy! Sound healing will include a mixture of sound bowl therapy, water fountain noises, music & wind chimes. Magnetic therapy consists of using powerful magnets on the body to help clear energetic imbalances. EFT Tapping also helps to clean energetic within the body! Reiki & guided meditation are ancient practices used to being clarity, balance, peace & restoration, openness, love, & other positive feelings to the mind, body & soul! They may also help to decrease stress, tension, fatigue, & many other negative energies!
