Welcome to the enchanting "Poetry & Pose - Poetic Flow Yoga Retreat," an immersive experience designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Nestled within the serene San Antonio/Austin area, this retreat promises a harmonious blend of yoga, writing, poetry, and self-discovery from March 15th to 17th, 2024.
March 15th:
- 4:00 pm: Guests arrive, welcomed with a sacred ritual involving sage, crystal rose, and Eucalyptus water. Florida water will be placed in the palms of their hands.
- 5:00 pm: Greetings/Henna - Introduce yourself, share your journey, and express your goals for the retreat while enjoying henna art.
- 6:50 pm: Sunset Yoga - Join us for a mesmerizing session as the sun dips below the horizon. Engage in a Guided Writing Session starting at 6:57 pm.
- 8:10 pm: Dynamic Kitchen continues, offering refreshments and fostering connection.
- 9:00 pm: Embark on a Guided Meditation with Crystal Sound Healing, a tranquil experience to relax the mind and body.
- 10:00 pm: Conclude the day with Poetic Performances and embrace Quiet Time/Journaling, allowing silent reflection.
March 16th:
- 6:00 am: Begin with Light Snacks to energize your morning.
- 7:00 am: Sunrise Yoga unfolds, accompanied by a Guided Writing Session starting at 7:07 am.
- 8:10 am: Dive into the Dynamic Kitchen for another enlightening session, balancing nutrition with a captivating lecture and demo.
- 9:00 am: Engage in Intentional Painting (Paint your Aura) - Sit in silence, journal intentionally, then paint a reflection/representation of yourself.
- 12:00 pm: Break Bread/Offerings - Share a healthy, balanced meal together, fostering community.
- 1:00 pm: Explore Inner Child Work and engage in a Mother/Father Wound Discussion.
- 2:00 pm: Join Yoni/Joni Lecture & Worship Ceremony (Day 2, Wave 1), delving into Healing Crystal Womb Therapy
- 3:00 pm: Groove to Neo-Soultry, a dance class blending slow and graceful movements to the rhythm of neo-soul.
- 4:00 pm: Participate in a Writing Workshop/Sharing, sharing your thoughts and experiences.
- 6:50 pm: Sunset Yoga and a Guided Writing Session starting at 6:57 pm.

This ticket includes all activities and workshops listed on the retreat itinerary. Yoga sessions are all-inclusive (all levels welcome.) Add-ons and premium retreat experience such as 1-on-1 Reiki sessions, massages, longer activity times, and exclusive participation in healers only recharge sessions. Ticket purchase includes 1, 15 min steam with suggested herb blend. Additional steaming time can be purchased as an add-on. All sales final.
