Relax and restore your sense of self and divine peace with our sound meditation sessions! During your ascension we will play a variety of instruments alongside a verbal guided meditation to help you release negative thoughts/energies and to being you to a state of meditative enlightening! You will be taken in a much needed journey to uncover layers of yourself, reconnect with your higher consciousness, and much more! A few of the instruments include: crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and chimes! Energy work will be rendered to further help your physical self to let go of things that no longer set it so that you may make space a new adventure!
