During your ascension, we will play a variety of instruments alongside a verbal guided meditation to help you release negative thoughts/energies and to being you to a state of meditative enlightening! You will be taken in a much needed journey to uncover layers of yourself, reconnect with your higher consciousness, and much more! A few of the instruments include: crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and chimes!
