Thank you for choosing Divinity Massage & Oasis spa! Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the appointment cost. Any clients that book an appointment and do not show up for their scheduled appointment time, without giving advanced noticed or less than 12 hours before their appointment time, will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. If the scheduled appointment is paid for in advanced the service fee will be rendered to Divinity Massage & Oasis Spa if for any reason the client fails to show up or if the appointment isn't rescheduled within 12 hours of the alloted appointment time. Kindly, book appointments that you can commit to. However, we know thing happen! Please call at your earliest convenience to reschedule your appointment or cancel within 12 hours of your service time, if something comes up. To respect the time of both our clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost. For prepaid appointments, payments and deposits become non-refundable if the client does not show up for the appointment or fails to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service time. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with rescheduling.
