Any clients that book an appointment and do not show up for their scheduled appointment time, without giving advanced noticed or less than 12 hours before their appointment time, will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. If the scheduled appointment is paid for in advanced the service fee will be rendered to Divinity Massage & Oasis Spa if for any reason the client fails to show up or if the appointment isn't rescheduled within 12 hours of the alloted appointment time.
